So I feel really stupid for asking, but I'm worried about cutting and hitting a major vein and bleeding to death...
What are the worst places to cut?
And what are the "best" places to cut?

Worst would be the back of the thigh, neck, skull...I don't really want to say the best because somehow I feel like I'm helping people to cut
Lurking in the grass, this grass is my home, this home is the void, the void of my mind...

Back of the thigh? ^ Like... where? I cut around my thighs...
I don't think its helping people cut, its helping people stay safe while they cut. Trust me, you not giving advice isn't going to stop someone from cutting, they'll do it anyway. But it could stop them from making a fatal mistake.
I'm not too knowledgeable about the dangerous spots to cut. I just go with.. If I see a vein, stay away.

You aren't helping people cut. Its just for when I explode and relapse, I don't want to end up killing myself.
But I cut on my thigh, wrist, and arms.
Is the thigh (deep) dangerous at all?

Hold ON.
There is not one good place anywhere. If I see a posting about good places that member will
be warned and this whole thread could be deleted.

I told you.
The
BACK of the thigh is dangerous because a very large blood vessel is back there.

yea, you guys...there should not be people telling you where to cut. that's more encouragement. You should be trying to concentrate on not cutting and looking for different, better outlets for yourselves. I used to cut my arms and shoulders and am left with scars to remind me of a horrible time. NOt to mention, trying to 'explain' when people see those consistent lines on me. I stopped cutting and got a rubber band for me to pop when i got stressed. The dr told me to wear it on my wrist and pop it. That was six years ago and I eventually stopped that as well.
I also wanted to add that I'm sorry...I know what its like to be in the position when you feel the only way to alleviate the pain is by cutting yourself. And that is not a good feeling. I hope you eventually find peace in your situation and never have to feel like this again.
