do you know of any good workbooks for SI or Depression

Hello, so my shrink has me doing thisworkbook and i hate it, its the feeling good handbook... its just too much info and stuff, so she said if i want to and can find one i can choose the workbook... so i am asking if any of you know of any good ones or idk have any suggestions. Below are some that i've found, but idk if they are good, and i know there are lots more, and idk about the SAFE ones, but i know its a good program, i just odnt know if i can do it w/out doing the actual program. thanks 4 u help :)

thanks for your help, but do u know if any of the ones u posted are better than others, or have you used any of them?
