Re: NOT SURE WHAT TO DO

My GP prescribed me a low dose(2mg)of Diazapam, but because I'm drinking a lot, I'm not taking them as the doctor said they don't mix with alcohol. I get panic attacks, I get fidgets, and I have the thoughts and feelings of the nurses touching me down below even when they are not even here, so I'm restless, and now I'm getting urges to cut my wrists.

I am taking an anti-depressant call Citalapram, but it doesn't seem to be helping.

I have told the district nurses that if they make me go back into hospital, I will try and kill myself.

I am sorry that you have all this to cope with.
what do the district nurses say when you say that to them?

I have contacted my crisis team this afternoon, and they got in touch with my CPN, and she rang me, and spoke to me for a while. She is coming on Friday with an alcohol advisor. I wish I could find a way of controlling the panic attacks and body spasms, as they tend to make me reach for the drink.
