Well, I hope you get back home Emmi, and make it through whatever you have there like your parents. I hope you stay out, and get everything you need to stand up out there.

I dont know how I'm doing. On one hand I feel better, I'm not feeling especially suicidal and have days that are fine. On the other hand nothing has changed. Everything is the same. I'm still me, and I still hate me. I have become obsessed with my weight now, and feel bad when I eat.
My psychologist isnt back until two weeks. This place doesnt offer talk therapy, its only a safe place to be with no responsibilities but to take your meds when given them.
I need somebody to talk to. I feel so lost and so alone and completly stuck.
I dont know. I'm tired of trying. Maybe I should try ect, maybe frying my brain is whats needed.

The place sounds a nightmare. Please don't have ECT, although yes it's your choice, but it has lasting effects. I know several people who have had this treatment and they are so different now, but not in a good way.

I think we all need someone to talk too and it's pants they don't offer talking therapies. May I ask Emmi are you on a section (formal admission) or a voluntary (informal admission)?

Is your mum still visiting you?

Please keep fighting.

Safe hugs

It is a good place but no resources. The staff is nice but not educated.
I really dont believe ect is a good method either but im in despair. Thats the only thing i havent tried, it feels like. But from what I've heard it hasnt had good lasting effect on depression. Just better for a little while.
I'm on voluntary admission and have supervised leaves with parents so i get out of here sometimes. My family visits, mostly my parents.

Don't lose hope of other things working. There are many different therapies available.

It's good you're having supervised visits home and your parents are visiting you.

Hey Emmi.

Are you still in hospital? If yes tell the nurse in charge. If no please tell your mum. Let them help you.

Sorry you're not in a good place, but stay safe. Please

Gentle safe hugs
