In terms of the numbers thing has something kicked off anxiety to precipitate this as I know that this sort of thinking can be triggered by stuff like that. I know you have underlying reasons for the zeros and fives but I am wondering if they are being more triggered atm eg by tiredness or anxiety. Because if they are, it might be possible to challenge this. Just a thought
