Big hugs! Cracked sometimes keeping going is a lot of work, I can relate. Hang in there, I hope you get to thriving from surviving.

Hugs to you friscodyke, if you want them. Congratulations on avoiding bingeing. Not an easy thing to fight with.

Took a bunch of notes for my research essay. For some reason, though, whenever I try to print something here, it prints at my neighbor's house!
Had a gaze like a laser beam, but no more
Now I feel along the walls until I find the door

I went 6 months between hospital visits. May not sound like much, but it felt like a freakin' marathon!

Hmm well yesterday was tough and a big set back but I think today I have done better than I thought at getting back on track. I actually got some studying done today so it's already better than yesterday. And I might go to the gym later or for a run. I've really done well controlling my urges and finding ways to keep my mind busy. Trying my best to keep looking up. :|
Just taking it one day at a time. My emotions tend to get the better of me. But I've been making an effort to balance myself out!
