Took a bunch of notes for my research essay. For some reason, though, whenever I try to print something here, it prints at my neighbor's house!

I went 6 months between hospital visits. May not sound like much, but it felt like a freakin' marathon!

cool!
Tell someone you love them today, because Life is short. But scream it at them in Klingon, because Life is also terrifying and confusing.

Hmm well yesterday was tough and a big set back but I think today I have done better than I thought at getting back on track. I actually got some studying done today so it's already better than yesterday. And I might go to the gym later or for a run. I've really done well controlling my urges and finding ways to keep my mind busy. Trying my best to keep looking up. :|
Just taking it one day at a time. My emotions tend to get the better of me. But I've been making an effort to balance myself out!

This thread has gone too quiet. This is the "Positive Achievements" thread; it's not only to boost your own morale by letting you brag a little but also to help encourage others by letting them know what's possible!

I don't care if your achievement is "despite wanting to, I haven't cut since the 60's" or "I wanted to burn my arm five minutes ago but didn't". Both are HUGE achievements and both deserve recognition.

We all have war stories and we'll all have more; there's just no way around it. We'll win some of the battles and yes, we'll lose a few, too. Scientists have proven that animals (including humans) are more likely to remember negative events than positive ones, so let's work hard at sharing the positive ones to try and boost ourselves and each other.

Sound like a plan?
