Reached out to the professionals I'm working with about the si urges and passing sui thoughts. Usually I just tell them I'm ok and deal with it on my own, which is not the best way to go.

Ive started feeling a bit better again after a recent breakdown. Finally admitted to myself that its more than I can handle on my own and started to see a therapist.

I made a new friend today and thats always exciting! And I made an effort to be nice to all the people I saw in school today instead of being cold or indifferent towards them, I didnt have a good day but these things helped me feel better (congratulations to all btw!!!)
