and that is why therapy is good, and if you find out let me know, seriously ..

being more self aware is a process, it mean less, hiding from your issues, less, guilt, blame whatever, more on the fixing, moving forward towards better outcomes, and as Sea said, a slip happens, and Bib has something about cultivating something that can hold you bind you to some joy or happiness other than food control..
