emotional constipation

i feel like i haven't cried or felt any thing really strongly in a long time...

i'm sure that when i do feel some thing it will be more like an emotional diarrhea. :x
i cry and can't stop, hit things...
i suppose i'd rather be this constipated zombie...

i don't have the f*ck to give for any thing any more...

Have you changed or started new meds that could possibly account for the zombie-like, emotionless state you are in?
