There is something stronger than 300mg Trazadone? Ive been on Lunesta, Sonata, and Ambien and none of them helped.
Seroquel- 100mg, Lamictal- 300mg, Trazadone- 300 mg, Trileptal-1200mg, Gabapentin-1200mg
PRN- .5mg Xanax

I also have insomnia and i'm on 2mg melatonin because i was put on it as an adolescent and it still works. I've tried to get myself off the meds before but i just go back to that same pattern of lying awake all night and then being sleepy and irritable in the day. I've had it since i was a kid and my mum says she even struggled to get me to sleep as a baby.
Contrary to the male sounding name, i am actually a woman.

yup, do liquid melatonin, and valerian. Cigarettes and alcohol exacerbate my symptoms,
