Has anyone read " I hate you, Don't leave me? " I haven't and heard it is awesome and really tells it how it is, esp. the abandonment wound. True?

hi,
I hate you, don't leave is an outdated book and I wouldnt recommend it. There are better books, I bought it 1 month ago and should have taken the advise from Amazon.com.
Thanks
