After month's of kidding myself that I would exclude myself from the casino, I did not. I will admit I am powerless. I am weak. They offer Free play, I get bored, I try to resist but it's free money right? I get $250.00 in my account at least 2x per week. If you can't tell I am a heavy gambler. If it's not Free play then it's free dinner of $250.00 or $250 of casino credit. It sucks me in almost always.
SO I decided to take a trip. I have left my state and am not near a casino. I will be away for over 1 month. Luckily I have the luxury to do this. While I am away I will be working on some investment opportunities. I will actually be making money without blowing it. I should make out OK. I am excited at the chance to not have the Lion's Den beckoning me. I can relax and not think about anything other than what I am supposed to be doing. I am considering this a detox trip. I hope I can garnish the strength and wisdom to walk into the casino when I get back and exclude. Please pray for me,

I really hope that goes well for you! Maybe plan out some ways you'd like to spend [or save for future use] what you're earning? Having a definite aim in mind might help if an urge later comes to "make just a little more" instead of excluding and stopping when you get home.
