Today was a really good day, it was really hot outside but it rained so i was glad for once that it rained. I did my AM workout and i am now going to do my PM workout, I am so happy because tomorrow i am going to see my dad and we are going to the Strongman nationals, something i always wanted to see! My BDD was reasonable today, i havent looked in the mirror and i joined this website today so i had to make a post about my BDD and the past aswell which was hard but it felt great to share my story for once. I am so glad i did it !
