Grief: explained simplySome of you might be wondering why I am choosing to talk about grief. Well, the answer is quite simple...Grief is almost affected most of the people around the world. Grief has come to me in many forms from: losing my beloved Pit Bull, to a relationship, a family member...you get the point. Grief and loss; to understand them them we have to define them. Basically, grief is the the result of a loss. Okay, you maybe thinking to yourself how do I get over grief and this loss. Well, let me let you on a little secret you never do. I don't care what the professionals say, grief and loss will always be in the back of your mind. There are five stages of grief; when I deal with grief and loss there are times that I flip back and forth though the different sages.The five stages are as follows: Denial, anger, bargining, depression and then accepetence. I have yet to get to the acceptence part. If you are expencing grief be honest with how you are feeling. Seek confort in those who are going though grief too, you are not alone.
