I have a gambling problem and I want to stop. How can I stop gambling without going to GA? I have been gambling (playing the slot machines) for about a year now. It started off as something to do. Now I can't stop. I find myself in the casino at least once a week. I use to win...now I don't break even.
I sit at the machine until all my money is gone. It's embarrassing and I want to stop. I am ashamed to tell family and friends. I just want to stop gambling. Please help.
