Hi all, One of my children was talking last night about creating a prenup and what it would contain. This got me to thinking - What would 'I' as a parent want to see in it? What would mine look like if one needed to be written. They seem to be asking for my advice since they specifically listed the things they found important and we talked about what my marriage had been like without a prenup.
I have always stated since my husbands passing that I would never live with another person again because blending finances/families is too complicated due to my experiences of marriage with out prenup.
But - looking back - what can I learn from my experience and pass that wisdom (in a positive way) on to my children?
So I spent my day off work drafting a prenup and now I am worried that I actually spent the day pursuing a delusional thought. I don't know. I will have to think about it. I think I will post this in the forum on delusion and see what response it gets.
