Sorry for no entry the last few days - only have lame excuses like being to tired and busy. Was feeling quote triggered last night but using HALTB (Hungry/Angry/Lonely/Tired/Bored?) I managed to stay sober. Basically with HALTB you ask yourself if you are any of those things and then try to address them asap. I was all of them except lonely last night. I did intense exercise to help with the anger, ate, watched a film and slept. So yeah, tricky time midweek at the moment but I have managed to stay sober thus far.
