Feeling a lot more positive tonight, although still a little tense. Had a really good day at work in terms of my own actions. The managers on my team make something of an unpleasant atmosphere but I had an email from a manager of a team in a different office (same company) which was lovely and showed that the spiteful, resentful managers on my team are not the majority of the people in this world and that most people actually want to have a bit of fun and for everyone to get along.

I walked into this job with a positive view on life, with a happy approach to life and though it's important to learn about reality and even the not so ideal things one should try not let their outlook be brought down by a few bitter people.
