Just listened to a song called “If we are the body” by Casting Crows which is a Christian song. It’s really put me in a good mood for the day. Just want to refresh my mind that I am giving the world 5 chances in advance to be “wrong” today! And to do my spot check feelings inventory as I go through the day. And just to try to be nice and helpful/caring to people and not focus on if people’s working lives are easier/better than mine or if life is unfair and all that rubbish.
