3 days sober.
As hinted at yesterday, I am going to update this first thing in the morning from now on. As since starting this blog I have only relapsed on days when I haven't updated this. As you can see, I feel like my resolve to stay sober has already dipped slightly. Looking back at my RRs leading up to my last relapse it's clear that the danger signs were already there. I need to face how I'm feeling at these times and try to take action to address a low resolve rating. For example, this might be doing extra recovery work, attending extra 12 step meetings, doing outreach calls and step work. It might also be that I need to be kind to myself to treat my self to something like a meal out or do something fun.
