So went to another 12 step meeting earlier today, very helpful and motivating as it usually was. Different kind of a vibe at the morning one. I did one of the longer "personal stories" shares. Hoping to chill out a bit today but also going to try to do a few things on my to do list so that it is not all left for tomorrow. Got a bit of exercise travelling back from the meeting but hoping to do some more intense cardio later as I haven't done as much cardio as I would have liked to over the last month (altho I have done some). Also need to update/read through my OCD fixation diary. I think my OCD anxiety levels have been pretty good over the last week but I still need to do that.
