Saturday today and trying to chill out a bit. My mood has been low over the past week or so, but things at home seem to be resolving themselves somewhat which is leading to my mood uplifting. The key thing is to not act out in response to negative emotions which I haven't done so, which is great. As I've been feeling a bit delicate I am trying to take it easy in terms of working through my to do list. I am today focusing on the basic things like eating/cooking, washing clothes, exercise etc - and apart from that chilling out and just passing the time as enjoyably as possible by watching films, TV, video games, reading books or whatever I fancy doing to pass the time in an enjoyable way. 17 days sober today!
