My previous blog has made me feel very bad. I feel ashamed about it and like I should delete it. I am not going to because I should feel like the shame lies with them. But right now I dont.

It's good that you can write how it made you feel... I find it useful and calming to be able to acknowledge when something I have written has made me uncomfortable and I want to delete it... I usually find it is helpful to leave my comment there because then I can reflect on it in the future, even though that is a difficult thing to do...

Im glad you didn't delete it although it WAS hard for me to read it.

Frankly, Crackeds - I'm extremely impressed you were actually able to share that information in front of a live person and here for us to read.

As for getting sick don't feel bad at all. I bawled my eyes out for hours when I describe even a touch of my abuse to my husband. However it does feel good knowing my husband has a piece of information like that regardless if I feel shamed or can only share a portion.

Anyways, don't delete - its GREAT for someone like me to see your bravery and it actually encourages me to share.
