How's Your Mood Today?

My CPS came to see me today. generally things were good and she said she could see a difference in me . Then she asked if I had been getting paranoid recently (Which I had) and asked about how i was getting on day to day. So generally a positive experience.

Personally I feel happy and dare I say excited because it's only a week and a half until bloodstock metalfest!

I've been doing very well... Going on my Peru trip tomorrow. Running between high normal to hypomania, but getting about 7 hours of sleep. Life is good!!

Better than I went to bed with. I have more clarity and I'm feeling better. Still irritable but trying to control it. I'm going to go easy and slow with myself today.

Thanks Cracked! I took it easy today. I didn't put too much pressure on myself, and I feel better.

Why is the rum gone?!

- right now my mood is "ecstatic" - it's been awhile, i really missed this feeling... ...but it's late - 5 minutes over 4:00 AM, i'll sleep on it... or maybe i shouldn't - might as well enjoy it for the time being, won't be the same in the morning (next morning - cause it's already morning)...

A touch agitated. Leaning toward the hypomanic range of things. My housing voucher came in so I'll finally be able to move out of my parent's house and live my own life. (yay) I'm on another waitlist for the apartment that I want. (boo) It'll be probably another 3 months before it's ready. I got a traffic ticket today. (cry) "Failure to yield to a stopped emergency vehicle." I think it's worse than a speeding ticket. I just kind of zoned out while driving and didn't think about slowing down. The thought crossed my mind to plead guilty by reason of insanity but I doubt it'll work. Oh well... "sh... happens."
