Anybody have a med added to their gabapentin/lamictal combo?

Just wondering if anyone is/has taken gabapentin and lamictal together and successfully had another med added to the combo?
And did it work?
bipolar II
depression
anxiety
panic disorder
PTSD


lamotrigine 200mg 1x/day
latuda 20mg 1x/day
klonopin .5mg 1x/day
bumblebees

I have taken those meds with others. Generally to good effect but with some slowing down of cognition imo. I am having a med fiddle atm but those two in combination with aripiprazole, lithium and quetiapine did me well for quite a few years.
