Does anyone else get these? When I'm in a depressive episode I pretty much have a constant headache that doesn't go away with pain killers. Anyone know how to deal with these?

Headaches like that must be debilitating.
I'm sorry, I don't have any suggestions.
My headaches go away with tylenol and a sleep.
Take care,
It is not always possible to make someone's discomfort go away.
Sometimes, the best thing we can do is resist the urge to fix it and instead just say, "You, too?"

All I can suggest is some generic headache-causing habits that relate to the behaviour of someone with a nasty bout of depression...
- Are you spending most of each day inside where it's warm? Lack of fresh air can cause headaches
- How are you eating and drinking? Poor appetite will make you dehydrated = headache. If you aren't eating well then try to get 3-4 pints of water down you. Maybe blend fruit into smoothies?
- Are you sleeping more than the recommended 8hrs?
- Are you drinking more caffeine to try and wake yourself up and kick-start your get-up-and-go? Caffeine is the Great Dehydrater
- How's your alcohol intake?
That's just my perspective from my worst bouts of depression.

Sounds horrid. Could this be anything to do with tense muscles maybe?

Here's kind of an interesting article about it:
http://www.headaches.org/education/Head ... d_HeadacheI really think it's directly related to the depression. I also get a lot of digestive problems when I'm depressed. I'm not sure how much is related to the disrupted sleep/eating patterns though...
