So you did it the right thing in not accepting the deal. They are the ones who have to prove you made a mistake.

Not neccessarily. If I fight it I SHOULD win. But people who are right sometimes lose. If I get fired I lose this transfer to the lower paying job. If I fight it and pay my lawyer thousands I MIGHT win in a year or so and win my job back. I know a guy who went through the proccess and it took him about a while year to win his job back.
