When I see someone I find attractive within a group; I can walk up, say hello in less then 8 minutes!
7 years ago; this same experience; working with a therapist took 12 months!

Omni, what do you think had caused this big progressive change in yourself? It's obvious that you now have a much higher confidence level in yourself than you did 7 years ago.
I have much more inner self-confidence too, but can't say I can pinpoint it to any one thing, experience, etc that triggered it.
