Sky, I'll try to find it on my librarything list this weekend. I read voraciously, so can't recall specifically which book it was discussed in. I'm low energy right now because I'm stressing out over the dreaded holiday work party tomorrow from 11:00 am - 3 pm. Hopefully there will be enough people there that I feel comfortable with that I'll have enough people to talk to instead of skulking around the edges of the room. I don't do well at events where there is supposed to be forced frivolity/jollity from everyone.

So the possibility exists that by somehow getting your 8 hrs a night, depression and anxiety (and some features of avpd) may be reduced for some people.
Which book is that jamberrypie? I'm interested in learning more...

Thanks jamberry, and best of luck with the Christmas party.. I know how you feel. Don't stress too much about finding that book.. I haven't been doing a lot of reading lately anyhow.
