I'm not good at making some witty joke out of the blue to make someone laugh but yeah it's entirely situational, sometimes something witty comes out that makes someone laugh, most of the time I probably say or do something accidental that makes them crack up, lol. Some of my sarcasm will make people chuckle sometimes.

Depends of my mood... and of course - the audience. :)

- in grades 5 - 8 i used to be a class clown...^^ and kept being a joker in group of friends - but somewhere along the way - i stooped doing it so often and now it's all up to the mood I'm in and the people I'm with. I might be to serious around some people - wile others don't have the same sense of humor... they're easy to spot - so i don't bother.

I don't think I am funny, but many times I have my whole family laughing for so long I get board.

I, as others have said, I just be me, say things that make perfect sense to me, but others its either completely wrong and they laugh at me or they say its "cute".

Example of the "cute".

My neighbours cat was put down, and they wanted to know how to tell their little girls. The girls knew the cat was sick, so they had no choice but to tell them that the cat was put down. I said I wouldn't like to know that my cat was ever put down (can't handle death at all) anyway I said I would prefer to be told that my cat has been sent to receive specialist care, something that I couldn't provide.

I'm kind of strange about it.

I've been told I have a pretty good sense of humor. I understand comedy and what's funny and what's not extremely well. When I was younger humor was always a valued trait to me and I worked hard to make people laugh. I had a group of friends that enjoyed my company for it and quite a few people respected me for it. But because of that it kind of kept people at a distance. I was never really serious so noone took me seriously. Sometimes people got annoyed with me and sometimes I guess they felt threatened even. After a while I got too caught up with my sense of humor and found myself worried about losing it. I'd get jealous of people who I thought were funnier than myself and worried when I couldn't think of anything to say. Eventually I guess I grew up or learned to be more serious. I don't really focus on it or make a real note on whether or not I'm saying something that's funny. Also, if I am ever joking around with someone and they comment on how funny I am, it makes me fee really uncomfortable and I kind of shut down. So to an extent I feel my sense of humor has died.

You know what though, I find that kind of shallow of women. Also, it's a highly overrated quality in people. Especially considering 95% of "funny people" really aren't funny. It's all a matter of body language and making observations. I've met people who've made genuinely clever jokes completely off the top of their head that can rival even top comedians whom you'd never guess were funny because they don't make themselves out as a clown. And yet I've met people who're really obnoxious and stupid with large circles of friends and massive egos that get away with just saying normal sentences in quirky dialects that end up getting laid because of it.

At the same time, a persons humor really represents their intelligence and sense of awareness. How well they can interact with their environment. So I guess it makes sense.
