Jean-Paul Brixton for WrongPlanet Moderator

Postby Jean Paul » Sun Feb 14, 2010 5:57 am

Hello,

My name is Jean-Paul Brixton. I've been a lurker of this forum for half a year.

I wrote an article about WrongPlanet a few months ago titled "WrongPlanet: Is it Really a Good Resource for People With Aspergers?" where I critisized various aspects about the board.

Anyway, it looks like some untrustworthy staff members from WP got "laid off", so WrongPlanet's future may not be dim.

I've decided that I'd like to be a WP mod, so I'm going around to various Aspergers sites asking people to show support for me. I asked Alex Plank if he'd make me mod, but seems to show contempt towards me because of my article.

Can you show your support, please?

Not sure what you are hoping to achieve. According to your post you were openly critical of his web site and now he doesn't want you to be a moderator.

If you want support on WP why not canvas on WP? I don't use WP and the infiltration of its politics on this forum that I do use certainly isn't tempting me to cross over.

This is completely inappropriate here, Jean-Paul. You can take your campaigning elsewhere. It is not welcome here. I am locking this thread. If you have issues with WP, then don't go there. If you are willing to participate productively here, then stay here.

Thread locked.
