I'm wondering if I can somehow get back at this charming gentleman for making an ass out of me. I have his name and contact details, but the latter are not his private details, and searching for his name doesn't give any results.
Looking back I kind of admire him, he really was ridiculously skilled. His friend seemed kind of awkward and shy, but this guy. 100% self confidence, 100% aware of what he's doing at every single step. A real pro.

plus, it is usually the case that the artist already produced their best music...artists' new music rarely exceeds their old
guns and roses, metallica, etc...
...RHCP, ACDC, Led Zeppelin. There are some that just seem to put out good stuff forever, but I think you're mostly right.
I'm not crazy. My reality is just different from yours.

It seems like kinda frustrating for some artists sometimes when everyone loved their earlier stuff so much and nothing can really live up to it. Like they peaked too early or something. But they want to be on to the next one. or I guess just want to make something else as good for some reason. But maybe they should just accept that they're older album was just better. And just give the people what they want (like at concerts). Like sorry but we just like your old album, deal with it. You can kinda see sometimes I guess.
Also I often see artists get annoyed when they have this early hit which was overplayed and people who don't know their music well always still think of that one song. And the artist now hates that song. Like they can never live it down haha. Like Radiohead and 'Creep' for example. Alex Turner also said he hates 'I Bet That You Look Good On The Dance floor'.
I was also going to say, The Arctic Monkeys have gotten better and really matured well with their latest album I think. I really liked it. And I think they are a good example of doing that well.
