Do people have power over you?

I know that, you're pretty much the only person who bothered to ask about me. I was here for help all along, I'll just never ask for it directly.

I didnt say you had DID. I said you could take a look at that forum and see if you have similar experiences. Your the one who claims to have three people inside you. It is up to you to figure out whats thats all about. It might take time to figure out what is going on. Still B, the best help you could get would be to sit down with a New Therapist, and be genuine. Once they say what they think is going on you can investigate further. I know it seems like a lot of work, but what better effort can be spent than on figuring out all this stuff so that it doesn't weigh you down? Your worth the effort!!!

Why is that? Why cant you use a Therapist in your City? Is this because of what you mentioned before, about your file following you?

It is confusing I guess. I guess I can empathize with you on a certain level. I am living a spartan existence in comparison to the rest of the world. By choice, maybe that is something you could try. It might make you feel even more powerful. Saying no to yourself, living on only what you need to survive. It is quite empowering when you relish it.

have I been suicidal, yes many years ago.
I've never had a panic attack, no.
I was not abused by a sick brother.
Yes, I have been stabbed on a few occasions, I've also been shot twice. and I've also been in jail. (I didn't grow up in a very nice neighborhood but trust that I always got my revenge )
was I loved, I can't remember so probably not.
I'm glad you are priveleged, that is definitely a positive part of your life and you should embrace it any chance you get!.
I've come from nothing, literally, and I am in a great place in my life where I have everything I ever wanted. again never meant to downgrade how you have it in life I should have added that in my first post here.
