a narcissist , "Narcissism describes the trait of excessive self-love, based on self-image or ego." a psychopath and sociopath are one in the same,"A person with a personality disorder indicated by a pattern of lying, exploitativeness, heedlessness, arrogance, sexual promiscuity, low self-control, and lack of empathy and remorse. Such an individual may be especially prone to violent and criminal offenses."

The lines between the three are vauge and change constantly. For example, half the "psychological world" thinks Sociopath and psychopath are interchangeable, while others think they're distinct disorders.. Welcome to the "Science" of guessing.

Psychopath: A person with an antisocial personality disorder, especially one manifested in perverted, criminal, or amoral behavior.

Sociopath: a person suffering from psychopathic personality, whose behavior is aggressively antisocial

Narcissist: A pattern of traits and behaviors which signify infatuation and obsession with one's self to the exclusion of all others and the egotistic and ruthless pursuit of one's gratification, dominance and ambition.

I don't think it's all the same, similar, but there is a slight difference in them.

A psychopath has a brain wired differently. Psychopathy is classed as a PD but really it's more then just that, it's more of a brain defect.

Anti-social personality disorder and NPD, the brain is the same as other non PD individuals. Of course you can be psychopathic and have NPD and ASPD.

A sociopath can be classed as either another name for ASPPD or another name for psychopathy. There lies the confusion, because others consider a sociopath to be in-between ASPD and psychopathy.

Kind of vague.

Can you explain a little what you mean?
