I have known about my ASPD for some time, and noticed that I haven't had more than three nightmares in the past two years. I was wondering if anyone else has nightmares, and how frequently, and what were they like?

I barely ever remember any of my dreams.
I know I occasionally have nightmares, or at least dreams I'm somewhat agitated after. They are mostly about social situations I lose complete control over and they just go downhill. They are rare though, can't even the last time I had one.

I have sleep problems, but once I fall asleep I tend to have pleasant dreams. Like the last dream I remember was about me living in a large flat in a sunny France. I don't remember the last time I had a nightmare.

I sleep like a baby and rarely ever have nightmares. I've had a few over the years but they're far and few between.

Occasionally I have that dream where my teeth fall out.

I wonder how often 'normal' people have nightmares, on average. It seems like they have more to fear.

I normally don't have nightmares or remember my dreams in general. But, I get flare ups of paranoia where it gets pretty annoying and it caused a nightmare or two

I might have ASPD.
I have terrible nightmares.
I have learned to look at a clock twice in my dreams to check the time. If it is earlier the second time than the first, I am okay.
Also pinch the web between your thumb and first finger really hard during your dream. If you can't feel it you might be dreaming.
But I had a dream once that I was made up of a pile of squirming intestine and maggots.
And so couldn't really pinch anything.

not often, creepy, I usually wake up depersonalized for a few hours then get over it/forget what it was about - sometimes I have dreams that I find hot that are probably nightmares, which is confusing.
