It's miniscule. It's mostly for explosive strength, but for that I like to do plyometric exercises that involves a lot of jumping instead of weight training. I mostly use my legs in my fighting, so I need to have a lot of explosive power. And I need to be in certain weight divisions if I want to fight for real.
And Courtier was right yes. I just train in combat sports.
I've been wanting to take up fighting for a few years. I boxed informally for 2 years, just worked out and sparred with a friend who was actually training. Maybe I should start utilizing plyometrics again.
Which disciplines do you study?
