It is strange. Don't you have some type of radar to detect who seems like you and who doesn't? I pay attention to people and if they seem to have my PD, I get interested in their lives. If you don't pay attention, no wonder you live in a chaos. It is as if you don't want to gain understanding about yourself. Or perhpas you enjoy the chaos you live in.

Yes, there is a radar and it's occasionally very well attuned.
So what do u mean HopelessRomantic? Are you mostly or mainly interested in the lives of those with your PD?

This site is so weird! An amount of 15 people posting in all forums...

well, yes, I am, because in real life I meet only people with other PDs and that doesn't help me understand myself. Or it helps me to see who I am not.

Few people who are trying to gain understanding. The rest prefers to live their clueless lives. If this is what makes them happy, then let it be.

You don't know what you are missing.

An entire sub culture and communication form that is based on the subtexts of movies?

mmmmHmmmm...Some are fun for sure, but...mmmeeeeeeaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh

All that time watching movies and TV I can be stuffing my gray matter with something more useful...or practicing Judo. And the Dojo is dirt cheap. I get in shape and learn another skill.

I think that is time spent better than TV.

You are just rationalizing your prejudices. :|
No doubt there are plenty of ways to wait for your death.
It is the idea that one is better than the other that is suspicious.
