People interest me. If they are not just entertainment, I can learn something from everyone.

I pride myself on treating people all very equally. I will talk to my banker buddies just as I talk to the hobos in the park. Interacting with all types of people really does help open your mind to new ideas and ways of life. Of course, I prefer my own ways, but it is good to know how a wide variety of other people think.

Overly complicated objects

Such a funny thing you are Syntax Error. Don't let the depression of your existence drive you into tree skiing. I'd hate to think what it would be like to live in a wheel chair, but that would make for an excellent Pity Ploy routine wouldn't it?

I hold the textbook disdain for the adult human race, in general. A select few have wormed their way into my mind and stayed there, until one of us made the choice to leave. I see children and adults completely differently.
I may be on the side of the angels, but don't think for one second that I am one of them.

Children being small, primarily despicable, quasi-people who act like they're drunk and have weirdly sticky hands, regardless of a distinct lack of sticky in their environment?

^^^ good observation, but you forgot about the child's fascination with their own nose...

I used to.

No mud, I like children. They're everything that most adults aren't. Sane.

Yes. And joyful, hopeful, a bit selfish but also very generous, compassionate, logical...
