I have read your book and reccommend it highly to persons who are interested in a religious/christian response to managing anger.
Spirituality and faith are important in all aspects of a persons behavior.

This book includes all aspects for better understanding anger management and skills for stress management, cognitive restructuring, assertiveness, conflict management, forgiveness and empathy.

Many had told me that learning and understanding psychosyntesis can help relief anger . Is that true?
