Blackouts when angry

hi i have the same probelem as everone else its only every happend three times in my life at least ones i know of
the first one was where i relentlesy beat a fellow student up (my mate told me )because he had said something about my mother and i thought im not gonna just sit here and count to ten or walk away sor i ended up punching him that i remember but the he made another comment so i snapped next thing i know i was fadeing in and out of what was an uncontrollable rage (still wot my mate told me ) i was roaring at the top of my voice head butting throwing punches any way i wont go into further detail
