Argh!

Hi, I'm Steph, I'm new here...

I've been dealing with anxiety and panic for years...and my situation gradually improved until recently, but I'm just very frustrated right now and wanted to find some people that can relate...

I had my first full panic attack in years today at work...and I'm so upset because I don't want it to continue, but it's not something I can really control...

Has anyone here been through similar things?

Please, will you help me?

Please, will you help?

I'm starting a clean, new thread so it's clear. Hopefully.

Please send out the following email to your mailing list and to as many other people as you can think of, plus some journalists.

Subject: at wit's end

I am at my wit's end.

My condo bedroom was built over part of an old privy pit (raw sewage).

I am sure that your concern, not just for me but that this ...

Sexually transmitted diseases???

Alright,
I've always pretty much been obsessed with my health, but the last few years or so, I've become terrified of catching an STD (mainly herpes). The stupid thing is, I don't even have sex any more at ALL, becuase I'm convinced that I will catch something horrible.....I guess I feel like I have it coming to me for all the s*it I pulled when I was younger.

I've probably been with @ 3 women ...

Coping

Have many of you been able to cope with your mental illness without medication?

Also, is there anyone on this forum that was so disabled by mental illness that you could no longer take care of the basic neccessities of life?

Am I mental?

Hi

For probably over a year now, I've doubted my mental health. I don't know exactly what the symptons are, since I'm not sure what's normal and abnormal, but I'll give it a go.

1. My moods tend to fluctulate a lot. I can go from being happy to a rage like state within seconds, then back to normal emotions.

2. My self esteem seems to be higher than normal, or what's considered healthy self ...

Psychatrist-sessions

Hey,
I just began seeing a psychiatrist and I'm a bit confused on what he wants from me. In the sessions he wants to know whats on my mind...I tell him, really I'm not holding back when I talk. But, then I run out of things to say and we just kinda sit there, it feels really odd. Then because I feel uncomfortable I ask what he wants me to talk about, and all he'll ...

at wit's end

I am at my wit's end.

My condo bedroom was built over part of an old privy pit (raw sewage).

I am sure that if people were concerned, not just for me but for what this means for everyone, that something would be done.

Please look at my web page,

Hi I'm new

I'm new here so hi.

I thought I should find someone to talk to about the feelings of absolute hate I feel for the entire human race.

I hate every man woman and child on the planet and wish the earth would just explode and kill everyone including me.

I trust nobody. I have no friends. I havn't left my house for more than an hour for over 14 years. As soon as I see ...

sorry i posted this on the bipolar board too, but i wanted to double check by posting here.

if someone who is bipolar takes anti-depressants only, does it just take their depression away or is it more complex than that? what might anti-depressants alone do for someone who is rapid cycle bipolar 2? any insight?
