Hi,
I have suffered from depression and anxiety for about 10 years and have been on medication for a little less than that. About five years ago I began to take medication to help me sleep and now I can't sleep without it and need more and more and stronger medication to go to sleep - falling asleep's the hardest thing.

Does anyone have any sleep meds that are strong that help you fall asleep ...

My situation is I have have been mildly depressed for most of my life as I have been unable to establish any real friendships much less relationships since the age of about 8-9.
